Common Questions
Can I really just walk in without an appointment?
Yes — walk-ins are always welcome during showroom hours. If you'd like guaranteed one-on-one time with a designer, calling ahead is a good idea, especially on Saturdays. But there's no pressure either way.
Do I need to have my measurements done already?
It helps a lot, but it's not required for your first visit. You can come in to browse, get a feel for what's available, and ask questions before you've measured anything. When you're ready to order, accurate measurements will be essential — we can talk you through what we need.
Will you come measure my space for me?
If you'd like us to handle measurements, that's part of our full-service offering rather than DIY. Many DIYers measure their own space (it's pretty straightforward for most kitchens and baths) and we're happy to walk you through how to do it. Just ask.
Can I get installation help if I get in over my head?
Absolutely. If you start as DIY and decide partway through that you want professional install, we can quote installation for some or all of the project. We'd rather you have a great finished kitchen than a frustrating experience.
How long does it take to get cabinets after I order?
Lead times vary by brand and how custom the order is — anywhere from a few weeks for stock cabinetry to several months for fully custom Wood-Mode pieces. We'll give you a realistic timeline before you commit, so you can plan your project around it.
What if I just need one or two replacement cabinets?
No problem. We help homeowners with small orders too — replacement doors, a single base cabinet, matching a discontinued finish. Bring photos and we'll see what we can do.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum. Whether you need a full kitchen or one piece of hardware, we're happy to help.
